Company Speeds Up to Handle Speeding Tickets and more.

Miami, Florida, 6/09/2003 — The Ticket Clinic had a custom developed web-based case management application.  This software gave them the ability to scan documents, identify the type of document and store it into the web-based system.   Unfortunately, the process was extremely tedious and time-consuming. 

The Ticket Clinic had five users with inexpensive and slow flatbed scanners.    These users would scan during the entire business day but were never able to catch up on the backlog of documents.  A sixth person was hired to scan during a night shift, but still they were unable to catch up with the ever-expanding workload.
